That's why we strongly recommend committing to a coaching or training program for 6-12 months. This commitment allows us to work together effectively, helping you achieve lasting changes and reach your goals. Currently Alix and Rebecca are accepting new clients online. We work with people anywhere in the world. 

Online Coaching

Enjoy a comprehensive approach that includes nutritional coaching, cardio routines, and weight training plans, all tailored to fit your lifestyle.

How does it work?

  • custom plan built for you depending on your goals

  • access to a personal training app with your personalized program, ability to track your workouts, log your check-ins so we can keep track of  your progress

  • check in weekly with your coach through the personal training app by filling out a questionnaire

  • your coach sends you a personal video response with tailored feedback on your week and advice on the week going forward

  • access to the chat function on the app for daily support and communication

  • your custom plan is adjusted as needed

In-Person Training at Fitness FX

Choose from three different options (one, twice, three times/week) to work towards your goals together at FitnessFX in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Currently Rebecca is accepting new clients in-person.

These plans include:

  • In-person sessions (50 minutes) 

  • ​personalized programming for strength training and cardio

  • weekly check-ins

  • access to personal training app to track workouts, access personalized programs and log check-ins
