It’s hard to put into words what working with Alix has meant for me.
When I started training with her in February 2024, I was stuck in a cycle of inconsistency and disappointment. For years, I chased quick fixes, new diets, new programs, new promises—but nothing ever really stuck. Deep down, I was trying to make my body into something it wasn’t, instead of learning to work with it.

As I entered my 80’s, being overweight and out of shape, I felt discouraged. Arthritis had me on a diet of extra strength tylenol twice daily. My mantra was “at my age why bother” and I had almost given up.
